Note: The committee wishes to remind members that those attending the meeting should be the Holder of, the Partners in, or the Directors of, the Organisation possessing an AOC as notified to the CAA and that each such AOC operation has only one vote on any matter that requires a vote to be cast. Members unable to be present may have their vote cast by another member, subject to providing the Committee with notice of the transfer, by post, by fax or email so that their instructions can be examined prior to the meeting, if so required.
